NO ICE DETENTION IN ROCHESTER

Join a group of concerned Rochesterians to raise awareness of the ICE detention the federal government is working to quietly put IN the Federal Keating Building in OUR sanctuary city! We chose this high traffic intersection to reach a wide range of city residents that are more likely to be directly impacted.
Judge Elizabeth Wolford has haulted the plan for now, demanding more information after they changed their plans dramatically for the space to include overnight detention cells and ICE training facilities.
We will continue to speak out against the plan for ICE to develop a means to increase their harassment and detainment of people in Rochester. We will not stay silent as bigotry, hate, and fear mongering oppress and divide our communities and attempt to dismiss the values WE the PEOPLE have largely agreed move us towards a more perfect union.
