ORIGINAL EVENT Noon to 1:00pm Gather for a 'honk and wave' rally on the corners of the intersection of E. State St. (Rte 408) and Main St. (Rte 36) in Mt. Morris, NY (46 E. State St., Mt. Morris, NY, 14510). There is a traffic light at this intersection. There is public parking north of the intersection on the east side of Main St. (13 Main St., Mt. Morris, NY, 14510).
