–
June 29, 2025 – July 2, 2025
🕊️ WALKING FOR JUSTICE 🕊️
A 78-Mile Pilgrimage from Seneca Falls to Batavia
Led by Rev. Dr. Leah Ntuala
📅 DATES:
- Begins: Sunday, June 29, 2025
- Ends: Wednesday, July 2, 2025
- Peaceful Protest: July 2 at 10:00 a.m.
- Location: ICE Detention Center, Batavia, NY
❓ WHY WALK?
Because these are unprecedented times.
Because we can’t pretend everything is normal.
Because faith without action is incomplete.
✊ I MARCH FOR:
- I march to take back the title Christian from christian Nationalists. I am a patriot. As a Christian, I am not a Nationalist, because the only kingdom I believe in is the Kin-dom of God and I believe all of us were created in the image of God. We are connected to something much greater than ourselves and there are no boundary lines to God’s love.
- My sons—to have a future with dignity and opportunity.
- Your children—and their right to hope.
- Asylum seekers torn from foster care.
- Children affected by sweeping changes at USAID, NIH, CDC, and more.
- The least of these.
- Religious freedom—for all, including freedom from religion.
- The Constitution—a living, breathing document that must be defended.
🗣️ THE INVITATION:
In 1848, on the streets of Seneca Falls, people gathered to declare equality.
In 2025, we still gather. We still march.
Let’s hold the line—for democracy, for the Constitution, for each other.
🚶🏾♀️ HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
✅ Walk with me—for all or part of the journey
✅ Line the streets in support as I pass through your town
✅ Meet me in Batavia on July 2 at 10 a.m.
✅ Share my journey on social media
✅ Invite your leaders and neighbors to join
Let us walk with purpose. Let us walk with faith. Let us walk for justice.
