Trump Declaration of Independence

When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for the People to dissent, resist, and actively oppose the unconstitutional dictates and actions of an executive who holds American democracy in contempt. Trump embraces un-American philosophies and engages in un-American actions all ending with private gain over public service and amassing enormous amounts of power and wealth unto himself.
Trump, through his attitude, words, and actions has consistently demonstrated that he does not believe in or agree with the words of Thomas Jefferson.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,… That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter. . . it.
. . . and accordingly, all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable.
Trump’s evils have reached a tipping point and are no longer sufferable.
But when Trump’s long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty…to provide new Guards for their future security.
The history of Trump is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States and the People.
To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.
Trump has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
Trump has forbidden State Governors to pass and enforce Laws of immediate and pressing importance. . . till his Assent be obtained.
Trump has obstructed the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners.
Trump has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to. . . Judiciary Powers.
Trump has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of officers to harass our people.
Trump has affected to render the Military independent of the long standing, traditional chain of command and make it subservient to him.
Trump has transported us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences.
Trump has not been transparent in the way he operates.
Trump has, through excessive tariffs, destroyed our trade across the globe.
Trump has repeatedly violated due process.
Trump has multiple violations of the emoluments clause.
Trump has alienated long-standing US political and military alliances.
Trump has supported and, signed into law, legislation that is harmful to the majority of the People.
Trump has appointed people unfit, by training and temperament, to lead executive departments.
Trump has used the US military to attack a foreign nation without seeking advice from, or consulting with, Congress.
Trump has used federal police agencies to arrest and detain US citizens without the Constitutionally guaranteed right to due process.
Trump is continuously using half-truths and outright lies to deceive the American people.
Trump is using the Presidency of the United States to enrich himself, his family, and supporters.
Trump is actively working to bypass Congressional authority and destroy a cabinet-level department.
Trump is actively working to destroy executive branch agencies through the budget process or executive fiat.
Trump is actively working to destroy public lands.
Trump is actively working to abolish our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments
Trump is actively working to align the USA with the world’s most oppressive and anti-democratic political regimes.
Trump is actively working to destroy the division of powers .
Trump is actively working to destroy the separation of powers.
Trump is actively working to destroy the system of checks and balances.
Trump is actively working to destroy 1st Amendment protections.
Trump is actively working to destroy 4th Amendment protections.
Trump is actively working to destroy 5th Amendment protections.
Trump is actively working to destroy 6th Amendment protections.
Trump is actively working to destroy 14th Amendment protections.
Trump is actively working to destroy 15th Amendment protections.

Nor have We been wanting in attentions to Trump. We have warned him from time to time of his attempt to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded him of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to his native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured him by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, will inevitably destroy our Republic. Trump has been deaf to the voice of justice and to the calls of the American People for a return to the principles laid out in our Constitution. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, the need to dissent, resist, and actively oppose the destruction of our Constitution and our Republic.
We, therefore, the People of the United States of America, do, solemnly publish and declare, that we will continue to dissent, resist, and actively oppose the destruction of our Constitution and our Republic by all enemies, both foreign and domestic.
And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on our Constitutionally protected rights to free speech and peaceful assembly, we mutually pledge to preserve, protect, and defend our Constitution and our Republic.
