“In response to the disappointing vote to end the government shutdown by eight Senate Democrats, Indivisible Outreach is holding a protest this Friday, November 14, at noon to call for Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer to step down to make way for different leadership. We are disappointed that the Democrats have crumbled in the face of Republican cruelty.”
We’re recruiting more participants for Pop-Up Protests — short, focused demonstrations that make people think and require only a few participants.
One PUP (“Silent Sentinels”) is ongoing, with two more in planning. One upcoming PUP requires only dark sunglasses to aid in our non-engagement policy.
